It’s about time we had something to look forward to. And, promising raised glasses, roaring parties and more sparkling tinsel trimmings than you can shake a bauble at, the winter social season can’t arrive soon enough. The stage is set for a triumphant return to post-pandemic partying — and many of our favourite brands are on hand to help.

Up to speed: Chopard Mille Miglia X Bamford Watch Department Chronograph
Individually numbered and limited to just 33 pieces, the ‘Mille Miglia Bamford Edition’ sees Chopard’s striking chronograph shift into a higher, more refined gear. London-based Bamford has supercharged the existing design with highly legible orange markings, a vibrant strap lining and a case crafted from bead-blasted Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) stainless steel.
Step ahead: Myrqvist ‘Elfvik’ Chelsea Boots

The third grand piano in Steinway’s ‘Concert Hall Series’ follows hot on the well-tuned heels of the ‘Elbphilharmonie Edition’ and the ‘Shanghai Symphony Orchestra Edition’. This model, with ornamental etchings, Steinway ‘Spirio’ technology and a numbered brass plate, celebrates 150 years of the Royal Albert Hall.
Lead the charge: Piëch GT Electric Coupé
After its grand unveiling at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show, things had gone a bit quiet on the Piëch front — and that’s not just because it’s a silent electric supercar. But now, post-pandemic news is rolling in and we know that the fast-charging, 600 horsepower, 311-mile range coupé will appear in 2024. We can’t wait.
Boxed up: Ettinger Capra Ecru Medium Stud Box
After the success of its ‘Capra’ Collection, Ettinger has launched a contrasting, two-tone sister collection called ‘Capra Ecru’. Smoke show: The Balvenie ’The Week of Peat’ 17-Year-Old Whisky
The latest addition to The Balvenie’s much-acclaimed ‘Stories’ range, this 17-year-old Scotch is inspired by distillery manager Ian Millar’s installation of a peat burner at Balvenie. For just seven days every year, the distillery creates whisky using Speyside peat — with this sweet smoke, citrus and honey-forward spirit being the product of ‘The Week of Peat’.
Off the cuff: Turnbull & Asser ‘Dr. No’ Blue Cotton Shirt
If you’ve identified every piece of clothing and accessory Daniel Craig wore during No Time To Die, why not flick a little further back along the franchise for style inspiration? In the very first official Bond film, Sean Connery wore this specially designed ‘Dr. No‘ shirt from Turnbull & Asser, designed with striking cocktail cuffs.
