Best foot forward: Gentleman’s Journal x Crockett & Jones ‘Boston’ Loafers
We’ve got 2022 off to a well-heeled start. To celebrate the tenth anniversary of Gentleman’s Journal, we’ve collaborated with one of our favourite brands, Crockett & Jones, to create this black suede loafer. Built on a single leather sole and cut from the finest water-repellent ‘Repello’ suede, it’s an open-stitched, waxed and stained shoe that can stand up to anything a modern man might kick its way.
Heaven scent: Penhaligon’s ‘Terrible Teddy’ Eau De Parfum at Bicester Village
Earlier this week, we rounded up the eight grooming products every modern man should be using, but probably doesn’t even know exists — and we found them all at Bicester Village. Raise a glass: Balblair 25-Year-Old Single Malt Whisky
The premier whisky in the revered Balblair Collection, this indulgent, deeply decadent Single Malt has spent some time maturing in ex-bourbon casks — before finishing its life in Spanish oak butts. As a result, you’ll enjoy well-rounded, sumptuous flavours of ripe apricots, chocolate praline and even a hint of liquorice. A smooth sipper, with a blood orange finish.
