The best-dressed men at the Oscars 2024
The 2024 Oscars were awash with big fits from the likes of Cillian Murphy, Colman Domingo and Bradley Cooper
Last night the biggest night in film took place. The 2024 Oscars were held down at the usual location, the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, with Jimmy Kimmel playing host for a fourth time.
And while the stars gathered to see who would scoop big at the 96th Academy Awards, they did so in style. There was Colman Domingo in custom Louis Vuitton, and nearby was Bradley Cooper who also wore a custom look from the French Maison. Best Actor Cillian Murphy wore Versace and a very special custom brooch.
Below are the best looks from the night...
Bradley Cooper
Now a Louis Vuitton ambassador, Bradley Cooper wore another custom look from the Parisian brand. He ditched a tie, his jacket was cut slightly longer and his trousers had a dramatic kick flare.
Colman Domingo
Colman Domingo is having a lot of fun on the red carpet, and the Oscars were no different. Custom Louis Vuitton, and lots and lots of jewellery.
Simu Liu
Simu Liu went big in a Fendi DB. His wraparound design was clasped by a custom brooch. Just the right amount of pizazz for a red carpet.
Kingsley Ben-Adir
A simple tux is never a bad idea, especially when it's Gucci.
Ryan Gosling
And Ryan Gosling kept on his streak of tuxedos-without-ties, again wearing full Gucci.
Dwyane Wade
Dwyane Wade, who was nominated in the Best Documentary Short category for producing The Barber of Little Rock and Gabrielle Union won the red carpet in linked up respective Versace and Carolina Herrera.
Mark Ronson
Mark Ronson, producer of the Barbie soundtrack, wore a full custom look from Gucci, which has been his go-to brand for years.
Ncuti Gatwa
Rwandan-Scottish actor Ncuti Gatwa popped off in Givenchy and a Jean Schlumberger by Tiffany brooch.
Cillian Murphy
He scooped the Best Actor award, and sealed the deal on why a classic tux (Versace!) is always a good idea. The brooch? A custom design from Hong Kong label Sauvereign.
Ke Huy Quan
Wearing Giorgio Armani, Ke Huy Quan, who won an Oscar last year, made the case for a fine-aged wine coloured tuxedo.
Matt Bomer
Fellow Travellers actor looked to Italian label Brunello Cucinelli for a classic tuxedo, which was easily his best look this entire awards season.
Enzo Vogrincic
Uruguayan actor Enzo Vogrincic wore Loewe to the BAFTAs and for the Oscars, it was a similar vibe. He wore a custom Loewe double breasted tuxedo suit, which was modern in its approach to classic tailoring thanks to the upturned shirt collar.
Jon Batiste
Jon Batiste, who was a Best Original Song nominee for “It Never Went Away”, rocked a full purple tuxedo from Zegna.
